SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR 2018
May 18 – 19: Water Festival Weekend. (Lots of festivities at Goldston’s)
May 19: Parade starts at 10 am.
May 19: Water Festival Dance with bands will be at Goldston’s Beach – no charge.
May 25 – 27: Memorial Day weekend:
May 26: DJ at the waterfront from 9:00 until midnight. No kids after 11 pm.
May 27: Movie Night. Coco will be shown at the waterfront from 8:30 until it’s over. Bring a chair or blanket.
June 16: Bounce Houses at the waterfront from 12 until 5.
June 23: First Annual Regal Dog Show: 10 am at the waterfront. Categories: Waggiest tail, the dog the judge would most like to take
Home, cutest eyes, best mover, best trick, best behaved, scruffiest dog, the sweetest little thing ever, and then the best outfit (will dress after all other
Categories. (Bring a chair, doggie poop bags, and water bowls).
July 4th Weekend (June 30 – July 4): Celebrate Independence Day at the Regal.
June 30 (Saturday): DJ at the waterfront from 9:00 – midnight. No kids after 11 pm.
July 1 (Sunday): Night Glow swim at dark: Presented by Tonya and Jim Simison and Regal. From 8:45 until.
July 4 (Wednesday): The festivities begin at 9:30 am in front of the bathhouse:
9:30 am: The PARADE – decorate your bikes, scooters, and golf carts DATES FOR SUNSET SLUSH
and help us have a fabulous parade this year. From 2 pm – 5 pm
Games Begin: 15 minutes after parade ends: June 16
9 PM: THE FIREWORKS. July 7
July 21: Movie night. Despicable Me 3 will be shown at the waterfront from 8:30 until its’s over. Bring a Aug. 25
chair or a blanket. Sept. 1
August 18: DJ Dance at the waterfront from 9 pm until midnight. No kids after 11 pm.
August 25: Homemade Ice Cream Party at the waterfront beginning at 8 pm. Please sign up in the office
to make homemade ice cream by the end of June.
September 1 – 3: LABOR DAY WEEKEND
Sept. 1: 10 am: Cornhole Tournament at The Venue in the courtyard. Trophies will be given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd
9 pm: DJ Glow Dance at the waterfront from 9 pm until midnight. Dress up in all your glow wear. There is
a prize for the “glowiest.” No kids after 11 pm.
Sept. 2: 6:30 pm – Appreciation Dinner at The Venue. Please pick up your tickets by August 19.
Guest tickets will be $10 each.
November 3: Halloween at the Regal – To be held in The Venue
5:30 PM: Chili Cook- Off
Bring your chili by 5:30. The chili will be judged and winners announced.
If you don’t bring chili, please bring sandwiches or dessert.
We hope we have as many contestants as we did last year!
Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
7:00 PM: Costume Contest: We will be having a costume contest this year.
All ages! Trophies and prizes to be given.
Trick or Treating after Costume Contest in The Venue. Please bring treats for the kids.
